Yesterday I had tons of fun joining up with Donald, Heath, Wendy, and Matt for a podcast where we discussed our top two (plus extras at the end) creepiest/scariest/spookiest Lost moments! If you aren’t subscribed to Donald’s feed or to the Lost Podcasting Network, you can download the file here. It’s 1:43 long and gets sorta goofy near the end…but what else do you expect from us at this point!
Well, we forgot to mention the line from “Mysteries of the Universe” about a fleet of submarines, but join us as we discuss the three videos we’ve seen so far, Lord of the Flies, and a diverse offering of feedback emails! Just a few more months left in this hiatus…!
Here’s a screenshot of the list of questions we tried to answer from one of the Mysteries of the Universe videos. What would your answers be? Do you think the Dharma Initiative would hire you?
Last night I had the extreme privilege of participating in the Bunny Awards, hosted by Heath and Ms. Wendy of the Lost Revisited Now podcast! It was a wonderful couple of hours spent talking over the highlights of the season two finale, Live Together, Die Alone. Thanks, Heath and Wendy!
Two weeks ago I also have the honor of participating in an episode of Rethinking Lost, hosted by Scott and Elton. We discussed whether or not we thought any episodes were merely “filler” and other related topics that arose. Thanks to those guys for having me on the show!
Recently I had the opportunity to record a vidcast with Jed and Cara, the Lost Podcasting Network’s one and only regular vidcast! To watch the vidcast, check out their blog or subscribe to Losties with Jed and Cara in itunes! A big thanks to Jed and Cara for inviting me onto their show–it was tons of fun!
Hopefully you can tell from the title of this post…this episode was a joint effort between myself (Anna), Matt from Keys to Lost, and Alex from Alex’s Hiatus Cast! We spent almost two hours discussing the questions that we would most like to see answered in season 6 and making (spoiler free) predictions for the upcoming season.
In our third podcast of the hiatus, Denise and I react to what we’ve heard from Comic Con, respond to listener feedback, and run through some clips from a Michael Emerson interview.
Feel free to send in your comments and theories anytime! We will be looking forward to our next hiatuscast.

Jacob’s Cabin proudly presents: What LOST means to us, a special edition episode of the podcast! Get ready for over an hour and a half of Lost fans, podcast listeners, and podcasters pouring their hearts out about Lost–what it means to them, how they got hooked on the show, how they got started podcasting, what the Lost community means to them…
Thanks so much to everyone who participated! A million thanks to you all; you made this episode awesome!
Hey everyone! Here’s a fun and easy way to participate in the next episode of Jacob’s Cabin, due out late next week…tell us what Lost means to you! We decided to dedicate an entire episode to people’s stories of what Lost has meant to them: how it has been significant in your life, how/when/why you started watching Lost, how you got into Lost podcasts/forums/blogs, anything and everything that has been important or meaningful to you! And we want EVERYONE to participate! If you have been watching Lost since the beginning or only just started watching in season 5, then you are exactly the person we want!
Voice comments are much preferred so that you can tell the story your own way! (And so that we can hear your voices…and so that we don’t have to read a bunch of emails! Hehe.)
–Call our voicemail line at 646-495-9205 ext. 353582
–Record an mp3 and email it to anna.in.indiana@gmail.com (All it takes is a microphone and the free program Audacity)
–If all else fails…email us or leave a comment on this post!
This will be a podcast for the history books…make sure you get involved! There will be many contributions from fellow Lost fans, listeners, and podcasters, so please take a second or two to send in your thoughts and stories! We look forward to hearing from you!
In our second hiatus podcast, we discuss some interesting questions sent in by our wonderful listeners, read two great lists of items to take back to the island, briefly talk about the Lost: Messages from the Island book, and put out a request to you the listeners for your input: how has Lost affected your life? How have you become involved in the Lost community, and what does Lost mean to you? Also, if you have theories you’re working on or themes that you’d like to see discussed on a future podcast, send those in as well!
